Faith-Driven Entrepreneurship Training in Africa — What It Means to Do Business God’s Way

Faith-Driven Business in Africa is more than economics — it’s prophetic. At Joseph Business School Africa (JBSA), we believe this movement represents God’s blueprint and strategy for transformation in the marketplace.

“I am the Lord your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads you in the way you should go.” — Isaiah 48 : 17 (ESV)

When Dr Bill Winston founded the first Joseph Business School in Chicago under a divine mandate from God, based on Isaiah 48 : 17, his mission was clear — to teach people how to do business God’s way and to lay the foundation for what is now called Faith-Driven Business.

Today, the Joseph Business School operates in thirteen active locations across ten nations and five continents. As a result, entrepreneurs worldwide are being equipped to build with integrity, expand with wisdom, and lead with results.

Faith-Driven Entrepreneurship — Twin Engines of Transformation

This is the model of Faith-Driven Entrepreneurship — where revelation becomes strategy and faith produces measurable outcomes. Read Next → Five Pillars of Business

Faith Births Vision

Faith opens the imagination. It gives entrepreneurs the courage to start where data says "impossible." It turns waiting into working, and fear into strategy.

Business Expands Vision

JBSA merges biblical principles with every pillar of business — leadership, management, finance, marketing, innovation, production, governance, and strategy.

To “do business God’s way” means to build with integrity, expand with wisdom, and lead with results.

Breaking Poverty
Through Enterprise

Generosity without strategy may comfort the poor, but only business can lift the poor. Business gives dignity to effort and converts potential into productivity.

Learn→Build→Multiply

This is how Faith-Driven Entrepreneurship turns revelation into replication — learning that builds, and building that multiplies.

Learn

We teach principles that produce profit. Students apply Faith-Driven Entrepreneurship to real business challenges, turning biblical truth into practical results. Faith guides planning, purpose, and performance.

Build

Learning becomes structure. Entrepreneurs design models, test markets, and lead teams through mentorship and innovation hubs. They build companies that stand on excellence and integrity.

Multiply

Success must scale. Graduates reinvest, mentor others, and collaborate across borders. They multiply impact through Kingdom-centred enterprise that transforms communities.

The Impact We See — Global Reach and Results

Now impacting 13 campuses across 10 nations and 5 continents, the Joseph Business School global network continues to equip entrepreneurs through Faith-Driven Entrepreneurship.
Over 600 alumni — with 71% actively leading businesses — demonstrate measurable transformation through doing business God’s way.

Join the Movement Transforming Africa's Marketplace

Faith-Driven Entrepreneurship is built on an unchanging truth: God is the source of both profit and direction. He teaches us to profit and leads us in the way we should go. This is Africa’s time—and together, we are building it God’s way.
